As You Believe, Create Completeness

The creative power of the universe is infinite. A single molecule's destiny is as important as the consequences of the largest supernova. Human potential is subject to this power, but because we are sentient beings, each of us is permitted to choose whether we will struggle against it or work in tandem with it. When we give voice to our desires through focused meditation or solicit the help of spirit guides, we draw upon the universe's creative power to achieve certain ends. However, because our words are not all the universe hears, the response we receive may surprise us. The discourse we establish through our appeals is a blend of speech, thought, intention, and subconscious reflection. When we ask the universe for something, the unspoken message is that what we want does not exist, and the universe accepts this as truth. Conversely, we manifest completeness through affirmations in which we declare our desires as if we have already obtained them.

When we affirm that we are fulfilled instead of articulating deficiencies, we are asserting that contentment is a natural and necessary element of human existence. Our essence is an expression of fulfillment—the universe wants to satisfy our needs and desires. When we describe our realities in positive terms, we are not denying the challenges inherent in existence. We choose not to focus on lack or dissatisfaction because we understand that the energy of our thoughts will determine the response we receive to our entreaties. Ask yourself how you would feel if your wishes were granted, and then allow yourself to internalize that emotional state. Try to create a picture of satisfaction so vivid that its reality is unquestionable and tell the universe that your vision is fact. At the close of your appeal, express your gratitude, as it is your acknowledgment of the truth of your fulfillment that will set the creative power of the universe into motion.

Working in perfect unison with the creative power of the universe will empower you to manifest spiritual realities in your material existence. As you affirm the beauty, peace, and goodness that already exist within in your life, your capacity to sense and understand their influence will become increasingly sophisticated. To meet your needs and achieve your desires, you need then only banish all thoughts of emptiness so that the energy of completeness can attract fullness into your being.

**I love what Buddha say as we all should become our own scientist to feel our way through all aspects of life,  to choose what feels right to us and not follow the rest of the world and it's trends.  Be the completely authentic  "YOU".

Day 7 of Becoming a Money Magnet

Today's affirmation: "My ships come in over a calm sea, under grace in perfect ways."

The emotions running through me as I wrote the affirmation down and spoke them out loud was a feeling of knowing and excitement that these ships that were sailing in were my ships full of all my desires with grace and ease. This symbolism inherent and the divine meaning of this card activates or triggers enterprise, strength, establishment, effort, trade, commerce, discovery. See, these are my ships that are bringing my merchandise as they sail towards me over a calm sea. It feel great as each days goes by and know that I am still committed and the shifts happening are profound and visible. My beliefs are being cleaned up or shall I say aligned into perfect expression of my higher self.

During this course I have met many new people who are going to be participating with my non-profit project and all happening so quickly after I started this course. How amazing and so exciting. I'm in grate gratitude for this process of realignment and I look forward to sharing many more experiences. I thought I share a little bit of what Ellen shared with me I hope it strikes a cord with you and inspires you in some way. Stay tuned.

ENTHUSIASM FROM ELLEN:From all of my experiences in coaching clients from a place of financial fear to one of abundance and prosperity I have never NOT found a smidge (or much more!) of skepticism regards this entire process starting to set in around Day Seven. So pretty sure that right about here and now you too might be giving way to doubt. If that is the case, there is no cause for concern. These antidotes, adjustments and cures have been borne out for over five thousand years. YOU will not be the first Feng Shui casualty. I promise. Look, of all the enemies that might prevent you from fulfilling your purpose and potential of embracing a life of abundance and joy, the most malignant might just be self-sabotage. Let's go ahead and admit that this sort of self directed stumbling block is just all wet. And then let's soak the sabotage by putting today's cure in place. Whenever...wait, let me say it again...WHENEVER we fear something, we feed it energy. However, when you stare at the fear in the face it will turn and walk away from you. That's proven fact. YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Day 6 of Becoming a Money Magnet

This is day 6 day and I am becoming more aware that this course "Becoming A Money Magnet" is much more that I have ever imagined.  What I feel is more of alignment to my divine full expression of who I am that is completely connected to the universe and it's expansiveness.  What I feel that Ellen is teaching me is that you can truly apply this to all aspects of our lives as it's about commitment, authenticity, focus, passion, love and most of all consistency.  We all know that if we apply these attributes in our relationships, financial dreams, physical bodies, mind and spiritual practice we would experience a flow that is bigger than we can ever imagine. It seems easier to stay in our little boxes we have created than to step out into the unknown.  Remember that quote Oprah uses time and time again "God can dream a bigger dream for you than you can ever dream for yourself", well it feel like that when you are directly in the abundant flow of life receiving all and more of that which you desire.  We are truly here to experience the highest and best expression of ourselves.  It is our birthright and divine promise, it is we who stand in the way of the divine flow with fear, gilt, lack of focus and disbelief.  Today's class reminded me that "Gratitude" is an important part of being in the divine flow.  Throughout my day starting as soon as I open up my eyes stating to God and the universe how grateful I am to have this physical experience and may I live my highest and best expression.  When you are feeling down, lonely, tired and hopeless sit still for a few minutes and take 3 deep breathes and start saying everything that you are grateful for and trust me you will shift your energy so fast you will have forgotten why you were so down in the first place.  Keep doing it and see where you are lead on your own journey.  Stay tuned for tomorrow, Namaste

Day 5 of Becoming a Money Magnet

It has come to my attention this morning that the following quote stated by Abraham-Hicks truly resonated with me:

"The main event has never been the manifestation; the main event has always been the way you feel moment by moment, because that's what life is. "--- Abraham

It really isn't the manifestation it's the journey along the way and how it made you feel.  During the last 5 days of this 27 day course I have experienced a more define desire with detailed descriptions, yet as I wrote this all done in red ink I felt as if it was all being created in a more profound way.  It's only been 5 days and today I begin my sixth affirmation and lesson, but I am more excited about life and less worried about anything as I come into full expression of my highest and best self the I AM.

Also, this lesson is really about all aspect of abundance, mentally, spiritually, physically, financially and in your relationships and becoming more aware of who you are and how you feel.  Having a clear and honest relationship with yourself has become even more important on this journey and truly wonderful.  My intention is to be the highest and best expression of myself and live a full life on all planes of my existence.

Remember to write down in detail that you wish to manifest and take your time and feel the emotions with each stroke of the pen and make sure to write in RED ink.  More to come and make it a wonderful weekend.  Namaste.

Top Five Regrets of The Dying

For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last three to twelve weeks of their lives.

People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality. I learnt never to underestimate someone’s capacity for growth. Some changes were phenomenal. Each experienced a variety of emotions, as expected, denial, fear, anger, remorse, more denial and eventually acceptance. Every single patient found their peace before they departed though, every one of them.

When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. Here are the most common five:

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.

It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.

2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.

This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children’s youth and their partner’s companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.

By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.

3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.

Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.

We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly, in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.

It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end. That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called ‘comfort’ of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again.

When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.

Life is a choice. It is YOUR life. Choose consciously, choose wisely, choose honestly. Choose happiness.  Live your highest and best life that you came here to live and do it with so much love and laughter.

Benefits of en-kriya by Nithyananda

Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his new yogic teaching called eN-Kriya which he announced to the world on January 29th, 2011. In three YouTube videos (first is above), Nithyananda covers eN-Kriya in enough detail such that anyone can start practicing. I have been practicing it from the time it was introduced to me (about two weeks ago) and have not been this impressed with a practice since Satyananda's 20 Kundalini Kriyas. In fact, it even has many advantages over the Kundalini Kriyas which I'll describe in detail in subsequent posts. In this post, I'll summarize the key points in this first video as means of introduction to Nithyananda and eN-Kriya. The video starts with Nithyananda welcoming everyone with his love and respect (1:00). He then invokes the presence of all the great masters and offers his respect to them as well (3:00). He discusses some of the benefits of eN-Kriya starting with the usual ones of health and well being, as the pranic level rises in your system (6:30). He discusses the research and development that was done for eN-Kriya prior to this public launch (7:30). He mentions the scientific results achieved by his trial participants (9:30). He gives full credit to the great masters for discovering the technique and says his only role was to test it out and deliver it to the world (10:20). It was at the 12:30 mark when my ears really perked up at his mention of Swami Satyananda Saraswati. He then goes on to discuss the underlying workings of eN-Kriya which involves balancing the 5 breathing moments: prana, apana, vyana, udana, and samana (13:30). He describes them as inhaling (one), holding the breath in (two), the prana separating from the air and spreading throughout the body (three), exhaling (four), and cleaning (five) (16:00). He says when these 5 pranas are balanced you live a healthy life, and when they are awakened, you live an enlightened life, and when they are out of balance you experience disorders (18:00). I would also like to add some additional detail regarding these 5 pranic energies and their role in the body-mind-spirit complex (system). I provide a general description of the energy action along with specific examples for ease of understanding. Prana is the intake of energy into the system (eating food, inhaling air). Samana is the processing of that energy by the system (digesting food, extracting oxygen). Vyana is the distribution of that energy throughout the system (blood circulation). Udana is the use or release of that energy by the system (actions, words). Apana is the elimination of waste energy from the system (bowel movement, exhaling carbon dioxide). Nithyananda says he hopes to one day prove to the world that all diseases can be cured (19:00). He says eN-Kriya will even free you from the birth-death cycle itself (20:00). He mentions Mahavatar Babaji and the anti-aging effect of Kriya yoga (22:30). He says he has condensed eN-Kriya such that it will take only 42 minutes to complete (26:00). Later, he again mentions Mahavatar Babaji and gives him credit for keeping Kriya yoga alive on Earth (30:50). He talks about techniques coming soon, like eN-Yoga which will be 54 postures, eN-Mudra and eN-Dhyana (32:00). He concludes by taking about yet another result of these techniques which he calls the eN-Effect. That is the reduction in crime rate, wars and natural calamities (34:00). This is something not usually part of yogic practice but often practiced in the new age community, and eN-Kriya incorporates these aspects of new age meditation as well which I find quite exciting. The next two videos (and my next two posts) will focus on the specific details of the eN-Kriya technique.

Owning Your Emotions | Name It and Claim It

Whatever the nature of your feelings, carefully define the reaction taking place within you.

Our feelings can sometimes present a very challenging aspect of our lives. We experience intense emotions without understanding precisely why and consequently find it difficult to identify the solutions that will soothe our distressed minds and hearts. Yet it is only when we are capable of naming our feelings that we can tame them by finding an appropriate resolution. We retake control of our personal power by becoming courageous enough to articulate, out loud and concisely, the essence of our emotions. Our assuming ownership of the challenges before us in this way empowers us to shift from one emotional state to another謡e can let go of pain and upset because we have defined it, examined the effect it had on our lives, and then exerted our authority over it by making it our own. By naming our feelings, we claim the right to divest ourselves of them at will.

As you prepare to acknowledge your feelings aloud, gently remind yourself that being specific is an important part of exercising control. Whatever the nature of your feelings, carefully define the reaction taking place within you. If you are afraid of a situation or intimidated by an individual, try not to mince words while giving voice to your anxiety. The precision with which you express yourself is indicative of your overall willingness to stare your feelings in the face without flinching. Naming and claiming cannot always work in the vacuum of the soul. There may be times in which you will find the release you desire only by admitting your feelings before others. When this is the case, your ability to outline your feelings explicitly can help you ask for the support, aid, or guidance you need without becoming mired in the feelings that led you to make such an admission in the first place.

When you have moved past the apprehension associated with expressing your distressing feelings out loud, you may be surprised to discover that you feel liberated and lightened. This is because the act of making a clear connection between your circumstances and your feelings unravels the mystery that previously kept you from being in complete control of your emotional state. To give voice to your feelings, you must necessarily let them go. In the process, you naturally relax and rediscover your emotional equilibrium.
